   Service was terrible, staff was wondering around not knowing who they were serving. We waited 25 min to be seated, with open tables and a reservation. Wine was ok nothing fantastic. The staff was the worst part of the experience.

   Made a reservation for Mother’s Day. Tables all over were not cleared. No wait staff. You had to stand in line at the bar to get drinks. Then you had to stand in line to order food. Then stand in line to get another drink. This business calls themselves a winery. A winery with no wine tasting is not a winery. Bartender inside had on mirrored glasses and never took them off as she took food and drink orders. Just rude. This was a horrible experience for Mother’s Day. I don’t understand why this establishment is on Open Table.

   We made a reservation fairly early to ensure we got a table for six of us. Instead, we were put at a table where the lines to the bar was on both sides of us and not in the room where the band was playing. We had people banging into us, asking us to move in constantly and elbows hitting our heads. We left after an hour. Definitely not going back.

   I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after a particularly bad experience, I feel compelled to share our experience. I chose to spend $50 to reserve us an igloo. After a short delay (they had to shuffle things), we were seated. Our table was dirty and the menus were sticky/had visible food on them. It’s fine—lean into the experience. We continued to sit for 15 minutes without any attention. Finally, a server came in. She said “hi” and then stared at us in silence for about 15 seconds and then said, “are you ready?” No “welcome in” or asking us any questions—and she did not even tell us her name. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. It was our first time in—we were expecting maybe a little explanation on the wines or some nice hospitality. As we began to order a flight, one or two of the things I wanted weren’t available—I totally get it, I have worked in restaurants for 12 years, things happen and you run out of items. This is why it’s so important to introduce yourself to your table and to maybe mention things you’re out of from the start. It was all downhill from there. We asked for water ~3 times before we had to get up and get it ourselves (after food arrived). Same experience ordering food—what I ordered was out of stock (would have been nice to know). Also, we ordered apps first, and by the time we were ordering entrees, we were told they were going to stop serving flatbread at 5pm (it was 4:45pm) and I had asked about flatbread during apps, so that info would have been helpful to know when I asked about apps…especially given the spacing of check-ins. Anyways, the food was edible — definitely not great. The salad redeemed the questionable dips and the wildly salty jerk chicken flatbread (we were expecting warm/fresh chicken on the salad and not cold, previously prepared chicken). Now that I reminisce, it might deserve a 2-star. Wild ride that I won’t be taking again. FYI —paper plates and plastic utensils for anyone expecting something nicer

   We waited for over an hour for our food, including appetizers. Everything came together. Not once did a server ask if we needed refills. They were all busy managing the bar line. If you’re goi there to drink… it’s probably fine, but don’t go and expect to be served. The food was actually pretty good but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced

   Had a great experience @ Bella Terra for their line dancing with Carol Drum instructing on February 13. We followed up & did a beginners line dancing @ 6 pm @ Yukon Firehall with Stacey on February 17. It was much slower instruction & very helpful for beginners. As always… Bella Terra service was very good & all staff are very friendly.

   Such a comforting and wonderful place for a galentines dinner with my friends. We could not have asked for better service from Joey. Food was delicious. Drinks were perfect. Food came out on time. Everything was above and beyond.

   We had an amazing experience at Bella Terra! The staff was fantastic, especially Trey, who provided outstanding service and made our visit even more enjoyable. The wine selection was excellent, the food was delicious, and renting one of the igloos created a cozy and unique atmosphere for our gathering. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

    We love having our yearly Igloo date. Joey took good care of us and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Bella Terra would be good for a quick visit for a drink or meal, or to spend the day there. The outdoor space looks great for nicer weather, although we have only visited during the colder weather. The food and wine were delicious.
