   Went today, had a reservation at 2:30 pm and we did not get seated until 3:55 . Our server Eric was great he was quick and efficient by taking all of our drinks and orders to try to get our items to us quickly. Our Chef Aaron was great as well and entertaining and made our Mother’s Day experience better . We had also gotten the kids chicken tenders meal for our son and he only got the tenders and none of the other items listed on the kids menu. Super disappointed. $22 for only 4 pieces of chicken tenders and ketchup. We had give him some of our food to make up for him still being hungry . I did not realize the items were missing until we had already left and I looked at the hat (kids menu description) and realized all that was missing. (my husband was the one who ordered and did not realize the additional food that was supposed to be given)

   Literally the worse restaurant experience of my life. Reservations were for 2, we were sat at 2:50, appetizers weren’t received til 3:40. “Chef”showed up at 4:20. Horrible experience. Got out of there at 6pm.

   Chef Manny was GREAT! The service was lacking a bit but that’s to be expected on a major holiday.

   We went before Prom and didn’t expect to sit over an hour before our chef came to make dinner. Our reservation was at 8 and we didn’t get food until 9:30 PM. We got to Prom at 10:15. Food was good but service was slow. Going forward, I’ll know to allow 2+ hours for Saturday night service.

   I had a great experience! The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their positive attitude made all the difference—highly recommend!

   Our food was very good. Our chef, Louis, was great. He was very accommodating to my daughters, dietary restrictions.

   Benihana offers a lively and memorable hibachi experience that combines great food with interactive entertainment. The chefs put on a captivating show—flipping utensils, creating onion volcanoes, and cracking jokes—making the cooking process just as enjoyable as the food itself. Best dinner with a show and the drinks are also amazing. The lychee martini is a most have! It was the perfect girls night!

    This by far was probably my worst experience at Benihana’s. It was my daughter’s 10th birthday. I hibachi guy name Juan didn’t do any of the theatrics that Benihana is known for. He literally burnt the shrimp burnt my scallops didn’t speak other than do you want some sauce and thank you if our server wasn’t so amazing I would’ve read the entire experience a one. I had to ask for more shrimp for my daughters, shrimp hibachi kids meal because he burnt the shrimp and it was her birthday meal. Is her favorite restaurant they enjoy going every year on their birthday. This year was very subpar
