Via OpenTable makkelijk en goed gereserveerd. Als terugkerende gasten al bekend met het show-aspect van de kok aan de plaat. Blijft een leuke intro zeker voor de gast die we meenamen en die het gekletter nog niet kende. Eten was heerlijk as always al was de aangekondigde uiensoep meer een kippensoep met een enkele uienring. De gastvrouw was wat opdringerig in het vragen of de salade wel of niet opgegeten werd maar overall wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Was weer goed weerzien voor ons bij BeniHana.

The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!! We waited for a table over 40 mins when we had a reservation at 8:15 and we arrived at 7:50. After having to ask about our table again we finally was seated at a dirty table. The front waiter came with a dirty towel to clean the table after sitting at a table that haven’t been cleaned! Then got mad when I asked to speak with a manager. The African American light skinned heavy set guy with the suit said he was the manager and was very rude . Need to do better with customer service and wait times

There was a person who was gluten free in our meal. The chef properly made adjustments however the server gave her the salad and soup that wasn’t gluten free and didn’t say anything when handing it to her. Only the chef informed the guest while she was eating the salad. Also we didn’t get seated until after 830 (reservations at 8 pm) and drinks took minimum 20+ minutes to get.

Understaffed and overcapacity. The chefs are great but the other employees lack timely customer reception.

Given that I had read some of the reviews prior to my visit, I would agree that some people have amazing experiences while others may not be up to par. My experience was the latter, our server kept messing up our drink order between my party and other group at the table. The teppanyaki chef was okay. And other reason I scored them average was that the management were luring at the door way. It was a weird vibe. Once the cooking was done, “thank you, bye” and within minutes server came in with the bill while we were all still eating. As if they were pushing us out. Not cool.

We did a staycation with 6 of our grandchildren 14 to 7 years old. We all had a ball. This was all of our first experience, and we will do it again. Our server Hemam was excellent. You must ask for her. Our chef made the children laugh. We all had plenty to eat and leftovers for either late night snacks or tomorrow lunch.

We were bumped back 30+ minutes because the restaurant made an error with another booking. The food was fine. We wish we would’ve gotten a more energetic chef for the kids but the food tasted great.

Reservations don't matter on a busy day. Seated 30 minutes after reservation time, only to wait an additional hour at the table before they even started making the food. Entertaining chef, nice waiter and good food.. but not worth the price and cramped seating.
