   Great service. I Noticed they didn’t serve bean sprouts with our meal like they do at Anaheim location. Otherwise, good service and food!

   Kelonnie was a great chef Gave us a show we had never had before. Seasoned the food just right didn’t have to ask for extra garlic butter

   I’ve visited this Benihana’s plenty of times and this was one of the most dull experiences. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and their experience was underwhelming especially for the price. Food was bland and our chef did not interact with the table or provide an entertaining show.

   Great service from the bartender Chris. Food is always delicious! Perfect for mid day when it’s not crowded. Cute lunch date with my bestfriend.

   Reservation at 5:30pm, everyone was there st this time, still not seated until 20 mins later. No server for 20 minutes, got order of drinks, then another 30-45 minutes without a server. Went without drinks for about 1 hour, meanwhile the food preparation and the service from person cooking it was amazing, cheers to Steven for being accommodating and respectful. Once done cooking, it was back to service nightmare.. no apologies, no communication, just no service with water or even to get the bill took another 24 minutes. Needlessly, definitely not coming back to this location. The only explanation given was our server was too busy with larger parties, aka poor staffing, bad management and worst organization.

    Had reservations but still waited 45 mins, my server didn’t bring salads for our meal even though it comes with it and my cup was not refilled unless I asked someone walking by. Disappointed this time around
