   Excellent friendly knowledgeable server. We enjoyed escargot to start. Filets were prepared perfectly. Fantastic wine list including wonderful selections by the glass.

   Benoit is an oasis of calm in the midst of midtown Manhattan. Elegant French classics and select Italian gems from Alain Dicasse’s upbringing in the Venetian region in Italy color this great menu. Wines are delightful and deep in the classic French regions with extra special burgundy and grower champagne selections. Merci beaucoup

   Been going to Benoit for many many years. Went on a Sunday and found the menu has changed a lot and some of the favorites, like duck confit is not on the lunch menu as well as the prixe fixe lunch menu. Overall, food is good but not as good as before and less value.

   Atmosphere was quiet and lovely; service was attentive but brusque, entree portions were small, with only a gesture to a vegetable , Caesar salads entrees were ill constructed and tasteless.

   Food was great. Waitresses forget to put in our appetizer order. We never received it. They just brought out the entree. I asked her about it and she didn't do much about it.
