Fresh flavours dominate the experience at Bent Taco. This relaxed eatery specializes in inauthentic Mexican cuisine, served in an eclectic space—complete with an outdoor patio. Choose from a menu packed with tacos, burritos, tortas and ceviche. Spoil yourself with some of the restaurant's amazing nachos, elevated with guajillo, or enjoy a delicious Baja fish tacos, tossed with pickled cabbage and apple. Bent Taco also serves a short-but-appealing list of vegan/vegetarian-friendly fare.                                                                                                           We all felt welcome and enjoyed food, ambience and table space. It was just freezing for us all. Need to turn up the heat and serve hot tea / coffee. Perhaps Blankets? All 6 of us all went home to sit by a fire and enjoy hot beverage.

                                                                                                          Chelsea was an excellent server. We always know what to expect with Bent Taco, which is nice! Consistent quality. Not the best you’ll ever have and a tad expensive for what you get (as are most restaurants in the area), but overall a great little place!

                                                                                                          Always a great experience. Our go to spot for special celebrations. Great adult menu. Not a favourite for the kids( menu ) but as they get older they are starting to like the experience too. Thank you so much. Lots of choice in Collingwood for dining, Bent Taco in top of the bunch.

                                                                                                          This place has so much potential but it's lacking in these areas: 1) This place is freezing - this restaurant desperately needs a Vestibule (especially in a ski town) - Ceiling HVAC is pointed horizontal, not down in most places. 2) The white corn soft tortillas need to be warmed up or toasted on the burners! - hot dishes w/ a cold tortilla is the worst. It felt like they just got out of the fridge. 3) the Interac tip prompt starts at 18%. This is BS, give the customer the option. 15% / 18% / 20% should be default 4) FLAVOUR PROFILE - there's something lacking in almost all of their dishes. A WOW factor... just a bit bland.

                                                                                                          This was our second time back at this restaurant - we visited a year and a half ago and had a great experience so we booked in advance and were very excited to come back and have the amazing nachos again! We ordered the nachos again and they did not disappoint and the service was really lovely. Unfortunately, 1 hour into our meal, after ordering dessert, we were told that we had to get out because there was another reservation coming in, and we could only have our dessert to go. We had made a reservation and I wouldn't say we were dallying... We ordered our food nearly immediately after arriving and we were not slow. It seems like they only leave 75 minutes for each table which is not much for a weekend evening at a restaurant where you are coming to enjoy your time there. At the end, we were not permitted to have our dessert there and it sadly really soured our whole experience. I'm not sure that I'd want to return. That being said, if you don't want to stay a while and you are happy to eat and run, this is a lovely place to eat and the service was really great until the end.
