Michael Mir's award winning classic and innovative restaurant. Wholesome fresh and healthy dishes made daily by a great culinary team is brought to you nightly.                                                                                       Was there for the NYE prix fixe dinner. We have been to the restaurant previously and had thoroughly enjoyed the lamb shank, haleem, and especially the baklava. When we saw this on the prix fixe menu we were excited to make the reservation even with the elevated NYE rates. We were severely disappointed when they informed us just after we sat that they had “run out” of the lamb shank. Nonetheless, we pivoted from there. Then the waiter informed us that they also ran out of the haleem. Again, chose other options. Lastly, when we were informed that the baklava was not available we knew that it was not our night. We made the best of it. The food we ordered was delicious, but obviously not what we were looking forward to. The waiter did his best in relaying each disappointing message. You would think that knowing the popularity of the aforementioned dishes that the restaurant would plan accordingly especially in the context of a prix fixe NYE menu.

                                                                                      Thank you so much for your comments and I am so sorry we failed to provide you with a stellar event.   NYE & it's menu is slightly out of our usual accurate forecast. Your party was among the last to arrive & unfortunately by then kitchen had run out of few popular items.  Signature restaurants such as mine have no recourse in such cases & cannot reproduce such items on moment's notice. There were still numerous other delicious items on the vast menu including more lamb and I'm glad you enjoyed your choices.  I am also glad to see that the kitchen managed to serve you dessert individually from the main dessert menu.   Our sincere apologies again. owner

                                                                                      i highly recommend the pomegranate lacquered fresh salmon on bed of lentils(tossed with apricots, raisins, carmelized onions) grilled vegetables & asparagus. The flavor is unlike anything I have had anywhere in the world. My husband had the lamb shank. Our hummus appetizer, butternut squash upside down cake with cinnamon ice-cream was so delicious. A very memorable evening.

                                                                                      All the dishes we ordered were phenomenal. Our favorite is the Lamb Shank Special, Flash Fried Eggplant and Ginger Apricot Shrimp. We'll definitely be back.

                                                                                      Absolutely fantastic food. Every dish was fantastic and the waiter gave us strong recommendations on what to order. Some of the best middle eastern food and best person food I have ever had!
