Bianca is a modern American restaurant and bar in Chestnut Hill that specializes in wood grilling, wood fire pizza, and a variety of dishes inspired by global flavors and cuisines. Bianca means a clean slate, a virtual white plate primed for delicious expression and ready to transport you to far off places. From classic dishes done with care to the truly unique, Bianca presents a luxe dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere that is as comfortable as our own homes. Owners Chef Tim Cushman and Restaurateur Nancy Cushman are the husband & wife team behind James Beard Award Winning o ya and Hojoko in Boston.
RESERVATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, notify 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee. Children 12 & under must have an adult(18+) at the table.
A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties larger than 6.
Our patio is open seasonally. We do not take patio reservations, but will seat reservations at the next available patio table if requested.

    Service was absolutely terrible. It took 20 minutes for one of our drinks to come. It took even longer to get a drink that was just a soda. Appetizers came to the table, but no plates were on the table. Everything took longer than it should’ve and the Server we had was extremely incompetent. This was a huge disappointment.

    I always enjoy Bianca and my entire party loved their food so I was happy we chose to go there for our department lunch

    Very good service, food was very good, an enjoyable experience to have dinner and catch up with friends. Cauliflower app was excellent, tuna burger was pretty spicy but good, salads were very nice. Will be there again!

    Our waitress was great Asked for a booth, was told it was reserved for owner (deduct point). Caesar salad had brown romaine lettuce, thought dressing was tasty. The lettuce was cut small. All the pieces had some browning. They tried to mask this on the heavy thick dressing. They did split it in the kitchen for us and the portion was good.

    What a nice surprise! Stopped at Bianca on the way into town to avoid parking hassles. The restaurant is a very nice open space with lots of seating. When we left it was almost full and it wasn't that noisy. I could have done without the music however. it did not add anything to the amibience and was annoying. We split the chicken salad and the pistachio pesto pasta. The kitchen did a nice job of splitting and plating them for us. The salad was delicious .. very fresh and the dressing was sweet and spicy. The pasta dish was also very good. The pesto had a nice kick. I think it would have been too rich to eat a whole serving myself (just my opinion) but with the salad it was perfect. We ordered a side of focaccia which made it easy to sop up the dressing and pesto sauce. Our server was very attentive as were all of the staff. The menu had a lot of other interesting looking options. I would definitely go back there and try the pizza, which looked delicious, or other menu items. There were some nice dessert options but we were too full.

    Excellent restaurant tucked away at The Street. Good for families, couples, friends. Love the background music and decor. Food — as always— super tasty. Burgers, salads, truffle fries. What could be wrong with that!?
