Check this place out if you're in Point Richmond. It's a neighborhood treasure. Old school vibe, but classy.

Biancoverde keeps impressing me, after three dinner visits. I am VERY stingy about giving any restaurant 4 stars or higher. While Biancoverde is just a tad short-staffed, resulting in slightly slow service, the service is very friendly & polite, all courses arrive steaming hot (except, of course, cold desserts!), and the chef is exceptional. By which I mean that EVERY dish has subtle and inaginative flavor quality above what most restaurants offer. I come to Biancoverde expecting good food, but am always pleasantly surprised to find each dish better than just "good." Thanks much, Biancoverde! And, as always, I love the warm & gracious feel of Hotel Mac's fine dining and jazz venue.

Relatively new rendition of the Hotel Mac, a venerable establishment in Pt. Richmond, the Biancoverde is a step up in food quality and service. It still has the homey feeling of various types of rooms for dining and a very inviting bar. Our food was well prepared, delicious, and well served by competent staff. My Fettuccini and chicken offered two separate but delicious tastes, both just the right temperature and flavors. I loved the Caesar Salad, but the Mozzarella, heirloom tomato, and basil also looked good across the table. Everyone ordered a pasta for lunch and all loved them. I highly recommend trying this wonderful addition to the Point.

Love the atmosphere here. Stayed in the lounge area and enjoyed the music. They were really busy which might account for the slower than usual service. Fod was good althout my burratta frita was a bit cold.

I really love the ambience of this restaurant, but I found the service hit or miss. The last two times the first time I had exceptional service and attentiveness. This last time was pretty much a disaster. I’m not sure if the server was new and untrained or if it was too busy of a night for her. I will try again, I guess my experience is the food and the atmosphere is lovely. I just wish the service could be at the same level consistently. The bar seems like a lovely scene, and the jazz combo was fabulous the last time I dined. Next time I may just try bar service and be closer to the music.

The food was excellent! The scallop/mango salsa appetizer needed to come with little crackers or small toasty bread slices. I wish I would have requested a more out of the way seating for our table as it was our anniversary and we were in between two families with loud children. Overall it was a very nice dinner and I'm looking forward to the next time we go.
