Bida Manda is a thoughtful gathering place celebrating the diverse food traditions and culture of Laos. The Sanskrit ceremonial term for father and mother, Bida Manda was created out of the deep love and appreciation of food and its power to bring people together.

Please be advised that we only seat complete parties. Reservations are highly recommended, however our bar seats are available at a first come first serve basis. Due to high volume, we have a 15 minute grace period, if you are running later than 15 minutes from your reservation time kindly give us a call and we will try our best to accomodate you.

Nice chill vibe, intimate without trying to be. All of our meals were well presented and flavorful. Delicately spiced and seasoned. Our portions were all generous too. The appetizers, the veggie spring rolls, were excellent. Also nice they have beers from Brewery Bhavana, next door.

Party of 3 and sampled several things and all were very good. Lettuce Wraps. Spring Rolls and Summer Rolls, All vey good. Green Papaya Salad with Sea Bass was very good, Others had Saffron Crepe and Salmon I didn't try but they seemed to enjoy very much. Holly was an excellent wait person. The others had Strawberry Sorbet and Duo Plate Strawberry macaron with a strawberry cheesecake filling and Lao coffee macaron with a tiramisu filling which they thoroughly enjoyed, I has the Purple Rice: Traditional Laotian dessert with purple sticky rice, fresh mango, coconut custard, and palm sugar tamarind caramel sauce which I really liked as well. Very nice dinner at a busy Friday night.

Bida Manda creates more than just a place to eat, it's a whole experience. The server we had was so kind. From beginning to end everything was exceptional. We got several dishes and all were great.

I frequent Bida, and it is always amazingly delicious. Service was exceptional tonight, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Bida Manda used to be our go to for meals big and small, special occasions, and weekday work lunches. The staff used to be so professional and kind and polite and attentive. Today we walked in and the hostess rudely greeted us with a glance up and down, and a very snarky “can I help you?” To which I responded that I had a 12:00 reservation for 4. The restaurant was empty except for 1 person seated, who just happened to be in my party. It was 10 minutes before our server greeted us and offered other drinks. We ordered. And it was 40 more minutes before we got food. The food is always great. The service just sucks now. It’s so disappointing. It used to be an excellent dining experience. What happened to customer service?
