Celebrate the New Year in style with our New Year's Eve event! It promises to be a night of elegance, entertainment and celebration. Start the night with a Champagne and canapé reception and keep the kids entertained with Adrian Catch, our amazing entertainer. All followed by a sumptuous five course dinner in Blues Brasserie with vocalist Ruby Sayre, then seeing the New Year in with a glass of champagne, disco and a hot toddy and bacon sandwich after midnight. So we arrived early and went into the bar for lunch there was obviously some marketing thing going on for the hotel in the restaurant. We arrived in the restaurant and weren’t welcomed I had to ask a woman if they were serving food she put us on a crappy undressed table while the kids obviously doing the advertising for the hotel were treated like royalty we were left to order food and drinks at an Empty bar. Waitress told us to order at the bar which nobody had been stood at for 20 minutes we had been there. Then evening meal we were welcomed by a lovely waiter and showed to our seats. A second waiter came and took our drinks order which never arrived. 20 minutes later the first waiter came and asked us for our drinks order I said we had already ordered but they hadn’t came. Now it’s late and I’m with two children on my own my toddler who is autistic and was getting tired and fed up. Ten minutes later our drinks arrive and we order food. The food took absolutely ages to come we sat down at 1920 and didn’t leave until 2120. The waiters were so lovely but the service from the kitchen was shocking.

The sausages and bacon were very tough. It said cooked to order but it was like it had been stood for a while under a hot plate. We have been a few times before and it was buffet style and always enjoyed it so hopefully this was just a one off but if it says cooked to order we would expect it to be cooked to order 😔

Spent 2 lovely nights eating in the restaurant, food was delicious, service was quick and the staff were very pleasant, Damien went above and beyond with his knowledge of food and drinks,a credit to the company,it's also very good value for money,would definitely recommend

Some breakfast items not available. Lots of children in for breakfast so quite noisy and need to dodge youngsters at self serve buffet

My family had a great time at the hotel. Staffs were very decent and respectful and everything was just great including the conditions of the room. Most especially the ps3 game console provided my kids🤓

Had a lovely 3 course meal included in an All Inclusive package. Great value for money and great portions. Would recommend.
