                                                                                                my partner and i did not feel warmly welcomed tonight. we arrived only three minutes later than the reserved time slot and were told that the place was full. we waited for the next available seat without a single word of sorry. i guess they do not understand the meaning of a reservation. food is great. no doubt. noise level is high.

                                                                                                Food is good and has been consistent throughout the years. Service was lackluster. Had to remind the waiter constantly for things, and he kept forgetting. Even told him we wanted separate cheeks from the beginning and failed on that as well.

                                                                                                We dine here every time we attend a 49ers game. The service was exceptional as always and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                                The food was good, but definitely not 5 star. Sides were Luke warm. New York had no juice. They were good cuts of meat, seemed like perhaps the kitchen was not organized well. We had reservations way in advance for anniversary. They sat us next to food service window while several nice tables weee open and stayed open the whole time. We had service people scuttling about the whole time. Not the best by far. The staff was friendly.

                                                                                                Great service. Our waiter was attentive and offered recommendations. The blacked ribeye was phenomenal. Saved room for the dessert menu. The cheesecake paired with the inniskillin ice wine is a match that is second to none. Found a new wine & dine spot. I will definitely be back to sometime soon.

                                                                                                Our dinner a Birks was excellent. Cocktails were great, steaks were great. We were seated in the bar area which was pretty noisy but we could still converse. Overall a great choice.
