Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is situated on beautiful sandy shores with picturesque views of Botany Bay towards Towra Point and Woolooware Bay. We offer an array of excellent facilities from providing beautiful dining and catering experiences to reception and conference venues. A variety of live entertainment is supplied for our members and guest over the weekends, so why not join us with appetizing foods, delicious cocktails and stunning views that will end your week in style.

    Problem with parking for each of the three cars we were allowed. We were all told we could not enter. Took a while for attendant to accept our ability to park inside gates. Food plentiful except for desert.

    This club deserves a gold medal for putting on such a fabulous event. They thought of everyone and everything. Whoever did the organising at the club should get praise heaped upon them. The food was fabulous. Everything tasted delicious and I know because I’m a good cook myself. They had 3 coffee machines going. They had a Santa throne for people and kids to get a photo with Santa. They also had an auto photo booth to have your photo taken. They had staff there to help. They had fantastic entertainment. The lady and man had great singing voices. The tables were decorated beautifully. They parking attendants which made it quick and easy to park our car. The tables were spaced out so nobody was on top of anyone else. We had a window table with beautiful view. We were given either champagne or a lovely moctail on arrival. I could go on but really it was the best Christmas lunch I’ve been to so far. They did an excellent job.

    That was a well planned event. Everything from the food to table decorations, just great. And one of the best views in Sydney.

    Service is exceptional and the staffs are friendly and caring . The food is good and delicious. Will go back again.

    Great food and good service from the wait staff. The staff at the bar were slow and appeared to be inexperienced.

    Food service was good and fast. The Fisherman’s Basket was basic. However really enjoyed the seared tuna Salad
