Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors.

Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks. Of course Chef Arie’s menu will include many mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian dishes driven by altering his favorite recipes for his vegetarian wife.

One of the top 5 dinners we have had in over 30 years ! Husband had the NY strip. Outstanding ! Service was on spot!

Pleasantly greater upon arrival, Aged steaks displayed like Gallagher’s. Wait staff was attentive. Nothing was rushed. All meals were very good and drinks as well. Would return when back in the area. Unique menu with twists on all of the classics. Top tier Chef who’s earned his stripes.

Chef Arie is the real deal! The man loves fine food. Even his simple greens salad is a revelation of subtle yet powerful flavors. My faves also include the smoked duck, the pork milanese, the fried olives, incredible. Now he’s added clear refrigerators showing his own aged prime steaks. His elaborate cocktails can even include smoke!

Arie and Liz are great hosts… the menu is super creative and there is literally something for everyone. Great meats, fish and vegan options. I had the zucchini spaghetti and it was delicious. Cozy atmosphere with much care given to making you feel comfortable. The wait staff is very attentive.

Food was excellent. Server was overwhelmed and we waited for every course longer than normal. Noisy. Called ahead for my daughter in laws bday and server forgot to bring pie and candle that was arranged. Been many times and everything was very good. Must have been an off night.

We had a wonderful meal and the service was excellent. There were two negatives: the table of 8 next to us was extremely loud, plus they had two dogs who occasionally yapped. And the music got louder as the evening progressed. Otherwise, it was a lovely evening.
