Demo & Dine: Icelandic Lunch Experience: Join Chefs Hafliði Halldórsson and Kristín Birta Ólafsdóttir for a culinary adventure to the land of fire and ice. Guests will learn how to prepare and present dishes from the Taste of Iceland menu, including a wild Icelandic cod starter, an Icelandic Lamb main course, and a delicious dessert made with skyr. The food , service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The coq au vin was absolutely delicious. Just a wonderful experience and we will be back!

We went to Bistronomic for lunch pre-Theater at the Water Tower. As always, excellent food and service. I wish I could have spent the afternoon there. It's like entering another world of food, warm service, music and ambience,

We went there for the one night only wine dinner from the Alsace region of France. The food was great and I love that the chef comes out of the kitchen, greets you and makes sure you are doing OK. This is a great hot spot!!
