    Great atmosphere, excellent service. The food was amazing also. This steakhouse is smaller than others which allows them to cater to each table individually making you feel like you are the only table there. I would highly recommend it.

    My family and I love coming to Bitelo for special occasions! This past visit was our Anniversary and they made it a special one. They’re always nice, accommodating, their customer service is top notch, and they keep you full with all the delicious meats they serve.

    We had top notch service! It was my birthday and they brought me a crème brule dessert! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

    Food is great and they have a lot of different meat options. They don't have a lot of sides, and there's no white rice, just rice with chunks of meat and a side of pasta??? The salad bar is ok, with enough options. Only cheese bread is served, no other breads and the mash potatoes are not good at all. Taste like flour mixed with water and potatoes. Chimichurri and fried bananas are delicious, and so was the turkey. The best I've had! They don't know how to make caipirinha, so if you order one, be prepared to have limes with soda. I couldn't drink it because I hate sparkling drinks. But if you're there for the meats, like we were, you'll be super happy!
