Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. My previous visits to this establishment have been very good, but this last visit was quite the opposite. After reserving a table in advance, we still had to wait half an hour before being seated. Regarding the meal, my wife and I both ordered meals that included bacon. Instead of being notified that the kitchen was out of bacon, our meal was delivered without it, and we were notified upon the arrival of our food, rather than being asked ahead of time if we'd like to change our order. Not only that, but my wife had also been given the wrong side items. We had hoped to order a Pizookie for dessert but given the circumstances of the evening and the slow services, we decided to skip out. We returned the next day for the Pizookie. The dining room was only about half as full as the night before, so we thought things would move a little faster. They did not. Not only did we still wait an hour on food and drinks, but the beer I had ordered was out of stock, the Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie we ordered was not available, and the Salted Caramel Pizookie we ordered instead, was delivered without caramel. Overall, we were VERY disappointed in the service of this establishment.

The food was horrible. I never send food back, but this was absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated after our reservation time. Kitchen and service were slow. Lunch took 2 hours

Bathrooms need some updates and cleaning. Staff at hostess stand were kind of rude. Waitress don’t come around often. Always had to ask for refills.
