   Disappointed that they were out of a couple menu items. Ordered fried chicken sandwich , out! Went wit grilled chicken. Didn’t look grilled, no flavor. Appetizers came, no plates , no sauce. Waited about 5 minutes for plates and sauce to arrive after asking a bus boy for help. Appetizer was almost cold at that time. Took a long time to get served. Dessert s were ordered, gal gave me check and said whenever you are ready no hurry before dessert came and 2 more time after dessert was served. Food was ok, chicken had no flavor. Also out of calamari. Disappointed on this visit as I was entertaining guests.

   Food was just ok. With young son so ordered soft drinks which were just soda water as they syrup had run out. Took half our meal to get drinks replaced. When the food arrived not all sides were delivered. Took a long time for our wait staff to come by so we could request the missing sides. Overall just below par experience this time. Love BJs usually.

   Food and service was average, but expected more for what we paid. Will not be on my list of places to return.

   Waiter was very nice. However, we had to wait about an hour and a half for our food and when we received our food, everything was cold.

   Arrived at my 9pm reservation and still had to wait about 30 minutes to be sat.

   Busy day - in our 60s high top table in the aisle close to the entry - not ideal. Great service. All good overall.

   Although our experience was a little off, my expectations were what I thought it would be for a Valentine's Day meal. Short of the person who sat us, all staff encounters were pleasant, we didn't wait long after our reservation time (7:00), but were ushered to a high top table which appeared to be an added row of tables in the isle, to our right was a booth that would hold 4 but looking down the row there were 4 others that had just 2 people sitting in them, I'm older 63 and have back issues, so I inquired and was told this was it or there would be an extended wait for a booth. So maybe they were holding the empty booth for 4 people, or we were next in our waitress's rotation. The booth sat empty for 15 minutes and when they sat someone it was 2 people, and it was our waitress's table as well, rant over thank you... The food was good, the pizookie? desert was delicious, and our waitress was attentive.

   Excellent dinner, as always at BJ's, My wife enjoyed the mahi tacos and wedge salad and I had the ahi tuna entree salad and broccoli cheddar soup.

   We waited 45 minutes for our food, which arrived stone cold. The server was sweet, which was the only positive, unfortunately.

    Service was not good, slow. Took forever to get our food. One order was not correct; it took too long for the replacement to come out so we had it bagged for take home. That means one person in our party did not eat. Party of 5. Appetizers came out at different times, again slow, and were incomplete. Sadly dissatisfied and won’t be back. Food was good, drinks were good, service poor and took way too long to get. Manager came by to check on us and did not follow up in a timely manner after one entree was returned.
