    7:15pm seated. Waited 25mins to order. Waited for our food for over an hour and a half. My lava flow was watery. I was very disappointed 😞 with the service. I left at 10pm.

    Was seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. Food good as usual. A very busy evening and service was excellent.

    Our waiter(s) were very attentive and pleasant. One swapped out the "wrong type of potatoe" quickly for one of our party. The steak and loaded mashed potatoes were tops! The ambiance was a little lacking as we were seated in the back corner of the bar area. But it was pleasant enough..

    Meat quality has gone way down. They charge additional charges for EVERYTHING. $6 extra for sampler appetizer, $6 extra for prime rib, $6 extra for ribeye, $2.50 for loaded baked potatoes,. They only offer chicken, ribs, shrimp as entrees for campfire feast. Everything else is extra. $71 for a basic meal. We spent $300 for 5 people. Such a ripoff now. We used to enjoy this restaurant. Now it is totally not worth it! We paid extra for our meals, but felt like the meat was substandard meat. Nope, I would pay more and go to Little Joe’s or Morton’s for a good steak dinner! Service was pretty good though.

    Our server/waitress was excellent; very attentive, welcoming and one of the best we've ever had anywhere!! Food was great which is why we keep coming back. The only drawback was the smell where we sat, 2nd booth going towards the kitchen. The booth chair was ripped, the odor from the carpet or kitchen was not pleasant. Just a suggestion that an update/renovation might be needed.

    Food quality has definitely down way down. The buffalo chicken in there appetizer platter no longer even gives celery and the chicken stripe are so thin it is overcooked. The zucchini was great. The shrimp size has also gone down. The stuffed potato skins are now half the size as they used to be. The clam chowder was definitely on the warmer too long. Not one chunk of potato that was recognizable. The filet mignon was ok but our temperature was not done correctly. We ordered med and med rare. One was good the other one was rare. After a refire it was sent out WELL done. The lobster tail was also over cooked and was already curling on the shell. The size of the baked potato also has gotten smaller. If it wasn't for our server Anne. We would not have been happy paying $120. She is an awesome server and makes customers feel welcome.
