Everything was great! We had the short rib tacos and the mahi tacos, cheese dip and margaritas. All were on point.

My wife and I had dinner at Blanco before attending a Phoenix Suns game. The restaurant was very busy but all of the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. We were seated before our reservation time and our orders were taken and delivered promptly. Both of us had chicken burritos and they were delicious. This will be our new go-to spot for pre event dinners in downtown Phoenix.

Ordered fajitas as entree and had not received food in over 45 minutes. Decided to leave to not miss event. Most likely not coming back.

The food, drinks, and service are consistently good at all valley locations. Seating and service was surprisingly fast considering the time of year and multiple events in the downtown area. Carnitas are always a favorite and highly recommended.
