Bloom Southern Kitchen is a farm to table restaurant located in the historic Eagle Tavern, a local landmark since 1702.

Bloom’s teams are focused on delivering an incredible dining experience that begins in the kitchen with local ingredients. Dining in our restaurant transports you to the south where charming hospitality and incredible cocktails await.

Due to our commitment to using seasonal and local ingredients, our menu items may change based on availability.

We’re open daily for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. We welcome you to our restaurant and look forward to serving you.

Absolutely a fabulous experience. From the minute, we walked in the door until we left. We felt like we were at home with family. We celebrated my birthday for brunch and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so very much.

Awesome experience. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and our dinner was incredible. Our server, Diana, was fantastic, she was fun and knowledgeable, she recommended a filet ( special ) which I tried and I was blown away -delicious- best I had in years. My wife loved her short rib dish. Great job. 12.16.24

Outstanding scratch made dishes. Menu is small and focused. Ingredients are locally sourced and everything was fresh and delicious.

We had great food, great service and everyone was super kind and sweet to the 4 children (all under 4) that my family and our guests had at the table. They were very welcoming and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back!

I went with two friends and we had a fabulous experience. We started with one of the seasonal cocktails, which was unique and delicious. We shared a cheeseboard which was loaded with local cheese, dried fruit, and one of their amazing deviled eggs. Our entrees were delicious as well. What I loved most was that we were there to catch up and spend time together, and we never felt rushed. Our server was great and balanced being attentive with allowing us to take our time. I highly recommend Bloom - beautiful atmosphere, great food and delicious cocktails.

The food was fabulous, so although the menu wasn't extensive - it didn't need to be. yum! The selection of bourbon was amazing - I didn't know that many even existed. And the server was very helpful in making a selection for my Old Fashioned. This was our first time here - but it won't be our last.

Staff was attentive and on top of things. Food was excellent. Gumbo tasty and deconstructed chicken pot pie delicious. Would go again.

The best brunch in Chester County - starting with the hush puppies and fried green tomatoes which transported me to the Deep South - absolutely scrumptious. Then my friend and I split the avacado toast with deviled eggs and the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. If you have room, the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream is a must. You all will feel the love in this meal. And the hospitality and service matched our food experience. 5 star all the way around.
