This was my first time at this restaurant and I must say where I was say was near the door and the amount of times I was blown with cold air was way to many, also ordered two glasses of Prosecco and one had more then the other not knowing how the restaurant measured their glasses of wine.

Food was exquisite. Service was impeccable ! The noise level was high but it has very high cielings. Tables were well space so you never felt intruded upon.

It was our first Thanksgiving dinner at Blu. It was so spectacular that I hope we can make it a yearly tradition.

We decided to go on Thanksgiving. We arrived at 4 o’clock we were seated at 4:05. The place was Very bright. Once the lights were dimmed, it was a nice ambience we decided to go with the three course meal appetizer was blue sushi roll entrée was 16 Delmonico steak and dessert with carrot cake. Unfortunately the carrot cake came with coconut icing and I don’t like coconut and I ate inside of the cake. It was still good full presentation was lame. Steak was a little over cooked whipped mashed potatoes were very good drinks were good. Little on the pricey side oh yeah Parking was $15 for valet but overall place was very nice. I will definitely go back probably sit at the bar because they had a nice bar, check out the happy hour next time but overall I enjoyed blue on the Hudson.

Wonderful experience to celebrate Thanksgiving. Just did the Thanksgiving prix fixe menu which was a great value. Cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. Sushi was amazing. Ravioli even better. Everyone from the hostesses to the maître ď to our waiter and the food runners and bussers were far far above our expectations. Highly recommend this restaurant and as I said I cannot wait to go back!

What a lovely dinner. The wait staff was wonderful as was the ambiance and food. I had carrot cake for dessert and it blew my mind. The pecan maple syrup concoction stopped me in my tracks. Seriously delicious.

A giant thank you to our server, Trevor-he was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made our Thanksgiving extra special! As well, I’d like to commend all of the staff that assisted us: I so appreciated the table we were given-thank you to the hostess for that wonderful, quiet table and the gentleman who was I think part of the bussing team and kindly took a picture for us. Finally, a huge thank you to the chef for the delicious menu! It was a beautiful Thanksgiving and we are so grateful to the Blu on the Hudson team. It was amazing to have such a great dining option on a holiday!
