I cannot rave enough about how exemplary this fine dining establishment is. The food is always fresh, prepared exquisitely, with a refined presentation you - feast with your eyes before you indulge your taste buds. The service is exceptional! From recommendations to attention to guests, I applaud the management team for training the staff and making sure each and every single guest feels like family. This is the place to celebrate all of your memorable moments or just celebrate living.

Blu on the Hudson is my #1 recommendation to everyone!!! Not only do they offer delicious food, creative cocktails, and a beautiful Manhattan view. The overall ambiance is nothing but perfection!!

I had a 8pm reservation walked in 750 and was seated immediately with my wife for our anniversary and for 20 minutes not a hello or water, nothing. Super disappointing so we walked out and had dinner next door at drift it was absolutely amazing. The crazy thing is I’ve been to blu many times and I’ve seen better service at Applebees than this restaurant were I was going to spend $300 on dinner.

Knowledgeable and helpful server, beautiful decor, great food. I had the Dover Sole and Brussels sprouts and we shared fries. Also tried the lobster Mac and Cheese. I had an Irish coffee for dessert. All tasted so great. Great Chablis by the glass. Just simply a fabulous dinner.

I had been eyeing this restaurant for a while and was excited to finally try it for my birthday. The food was great, and the location itself is stunning. However, my guest and I were seated all the way in the back behind the bar, which completely changed the experience. We were literally sitting in a small enclosed space, watching servers pass by, drinks being made, glasses breaking, and trash being thrown away. It took away from the ambiance, and most disappointingly, we didn’t get to enjoy the amazing view that makes this place so special. That said, our server was great, and the last thing I wanted to do was complain but it was definitely not the experience I had hoped for. One highlight was the beautiful violinist, and I truly appreciated that at least she walked through the entire restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a small part of the atmosphere.
