OUR MANTRA
Travel through the moon gate to Bodhi Kitchen, modern Asian cuisine with a twist located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Bodhi's brand is minimal yet bold, utilizing the iconic shape of the moon gate to transport diners through the garden and into the escape that is Bodhi.

THE BODHI KITCHEN PHILOSOPHY
Bodhi Kitchen features an innovative Asian-inspired menu with flavor-forward dishes riffing on Thai, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese flavors to create something entirely new. This is our modern take on street food and Asian night markets.

    Join us at Bodhi Kitchen and learn how to make delicious dumplings with Chef Rachel Diener. Our doors with open at 5:30pm and at 6pm, Bar Manager Chandler Smith will demo and give samples of some Bodhi Kitchen staples, the Ginger Bliss and the Five Spice Old Fashion. Following the cocktail demo, Rachel will supply you with your kit and walk you through the art of dumpling making. Afterwards, we will steam your dumplings for you to enjoy along with a family style dinner- PLEASE list any allergies and/or food restrictions you have while making this reservation, we will have vegetarian options available with prior notice. We look forward to making dumplings with you! *Our regular dinner menu will not be available *Our full bar will be open but is not included in the price of class *Gratuity not included

                                                    Wow, we looked all over the menu and shared 2 apps & 2 entrees for four people. You can't go wrong with the chicken lettuce wraps... Healthy and good!

                                                    This was a special event. A Dumpling Class. Bodhi has a great atmosphere and it showed. Fun with an experienced service staff. Two more dumpling classes in 4/1 and 5/1. We enjoyed making the dumplings. We took our steamers home. Plenty of other dishes brought to the table. A couple of crafted cocktails for us to taste. Great evening.

                                                    What a wonderful experience… So much fun… My only suggestion would be to have some snacks early on because it took quite some time to get the dumplings made, and in between your having those fabulous cocktails. Highly recommended to everyone…

                                                    We had another wonderful dining experience at Bodhi. This time we brought some friends to try it out and they loved it too. The food id awesome but the staff always makes the experience. Denise the hostess is always friendly and attentive, and we just love our server Paula too, who is always very informative on all the dishes. Her recommendations on the "heat" of the dishes are always spot on. The bartender (sorry didn't get her name) was also very friendly and attentive. Overall we love Bodhi, one of our favorite restaurants and encourage everyone to try it out.

                                                    Our first time and we will definitely go back. The duck tacos were amazing; we enjoyed all our dishes. The Pad Thai was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was great- cocktails came right out and we had a chance to enjoy before ordering. Great service, outstanding food and a great ambiance- nothing disappointed.

                                                    If you don’t order the soup dumplings you are doing it wrong. Incredible food, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. Bodhi is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and the only one with soup dumplings. Rachel is amazing and runs an amazing business! Definitely recommend Bodhi Kitchen!
