    Bolero is a tapas restaurant within the beautiful Europa Vineyards complex. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our server, Marissa, was attentive and gracious. The food was exceptional! We ordered the beet salad, scallops, croquettes, and sea bass. The preparations were unique and delicious! We will definitely return!

    Service was not good but the food was great. Took us about 20 min after we sat to get a drink. It’s a beautiful restaurant. Needs improvement on service

    The food is excellent, but the service is extremely poor. I can not recommend the restaurant in good conscience. All I can say is the food is excellent, but the service can be very poor.

    I had high hopes for Bolero, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The food was bland, and the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed uninterested and even a bit annoyed, and the hostess was initially rude but did adjust her attitude after seeing my disappointment. The atmosphere felt a bit rundown, and the wait for our food was longer than expected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

    An excellent Spanish style restaurant! Tapas style is small plates shareable with everyone my wife and I had five dishes overall perfect amount our absolute favorite dish of the night was the Chilean Seabass, and the croquettes. Outside dining is far preferred. If you get a chance to sit outside, the heat lamps were just enough to keep us warm for a New Year’s Eve dinner. We definitely will be back again soon!
