Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

We visited to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were absolutely blown away by the amazing service we received. Every single employee of the restaurant that we interacted with throughout the course of the night wished us happy anniversary. The restaurant provided us a complementary Champagne toast and a special secluded table with anniversary flowers, as well as a card personally signed by the chef, the manager and multiple employees. Not only that but the food was absolutely amazing. Everything we tried was delicious and unique. We also really enjoyed their cocktails. Both bartenders made phenomenal Drinks with a unique spin on traditional cocktails. I cannot say enough about how truly memorable the staff and Manager made our 20th wedding anniversary. We will definitely be going back and recommending this restaurant to our friends and neighbors.

My boyfriend and I were greeted with warm and pleasant smiles. The service and staff was very good and and very attentive. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely be back soon!

I had a reservation for my partner’s birthday and wrote a note that we had a birthday and WOW. The hostesses told them happy birthday at the door and had a sign and card set up at the table. Alexa was so amazing, very attentive! Everything was delicious, my espresso martini was to die for ♥ thank you so much for all the special extra things yall did to make their day something to remember ♡ we can’t wait to come back!

Bosscat has made a lifelong fan out of myself and my family. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and I loved the atmosphere. But, beyond that, the evening manager on 2/13 (sorry don't know her name) was amazing. My niece was upset about some college admission news and decided not to stay for dinner. The manager heard what happened and brought over a note and a gift card for my niece because my niece's story "broke her heart a little". The gesture was totally unnecessary but sooo thoughtful. And the gift card amount was impressive too. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, and this was more than good; it was exceptional.

First time at Boss Cat, will not be our last. Checking out the website, photos of the location and food as well as the menu, sold us on giving Boss Cat a try . . . We were not disappointed with our decision. From the ambiance, drinks and food as well as outstanding service from our server and the entire staff. We will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend you give Boss Cat a try if you haven’t been!
