Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

We have been here in the pasta, enjoyed it each time either for dinner or breakfast. The service is great, friendly and timely. This evening we had a 7:45 reservation, arrived at 6:30 in hopes we might be seated earlier. The hostess was more than accommodating seating us at 6:45! The history of the Orange location is interesting as well.

Charisse is the best! We enjoy Bosscat’s clever cocktails and creative cuisine, along with the ambiance and fantastic service. One of our regular spots when we want a fun night out in the Orange Circle. Reservations highly recommended- this is a busy place for great reasons!

Food was good but service is so bad. we were a party of 7 and our waitress forgot one persons order and she didn’t check on us for a while so we had to call her attention to get it ordered. We also ordered 2 dishes to go and reminded the waitress near the end of the meal so it’d be ready by the time we were done. STILL didn’t place the order until we asked her about it at the end. Both of those orders were also forgotten so they were made late too. We were only comped for 1 of the 3 meals forgotten and since gratuity was included, we couldn’t tip less than what was deserved, which was 0% for how ridiculous the service was.

Table was dirty as was a water glass. The fried chicken salad dressing was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. The pasta dish was so heavily packed with onions, that is all you tasted. We left 90% of both meals on the table unable to eat them.
