Botanery Barn Distillery & Bistro, formerly Brandywine Branch Distillers, Founded by Don Avellino and Scott Avellino, is a new small batch micro-distillery located in Pennsylvania’s bucolic Chester County. Brandywine Branch Distillers inhabits a lovingly restored 130-year-old barn, located on an eight-acre property and exclusively produces everything on site utilizing handcrafted methods. The Revivalist Gins™, is an award winning portfolio of four unique and small-batch expressions: Equinox, Summertide, Harvest, and Solstice. Revivalist represents a year-round portfolio of gins that reflects different taste profiles and echoes the natural progression of the seasons, their scents, colors and flavors, in order to create something for every palate.

Superb Chester County drinks and dining! Always an amazing time at this hidden gem. The jalapeño gin-o-rita was so good! The drinks are 10/10 and the burger was delicious! Cute, quaint atmosphere. Cheryl and her staff go out of their way to make you feel at home here. There was even a live band on Saturday night. Such a great place- can’t wait to go back!

Met up with friends for holiday cheers. The Smoked Old Fashion was devine. Our friends enjoyed various cocktails and all were met with 5-star ratings. I had the Salmon Wellington and it *very* good. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was perfect for quiet conversation and the old stone walls created a warm, cozy aesthetic on what turned out to be a very cold day!

Food and service were excellent as always. Our party had the filet mignon, burgers, brussels sprouts, Montecristo, and the chili garlic nuts are absolutely delicious. Pleasant ambience, friendly service and delicious cocktails. Get the chocolate old-fashioned—it is absolutely fantastic.

I was part of a party of 6 last night and they sat us directly in front of two musicians. It was very hard to hear the people at my table talk. I wished they would have sat us somewhere else. Otherwise food and service was great

Loved our visit to the distillery. Excellent drinks and food was amazing. Thanks to the manager for the distillery tour during what was a busy time. We really enjoyed our visit!
