Imagine enjoying Brazilian cuisine without needing to hop a flight from Miami thanks to the ultimate experience found at Boteco. The name itself tells the picture of what to expect as the term is used in Brazil and other areas to indicate a great location for nightlife. The focus is on creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with great food and cold beer. Speaking of great food, head to Boteco for tapas, skewers, entrées and more that are authentic and delicious. On the tapas menu, there are a variety of croquettes including yucca, chicken, rice and codfish, among plenty of other choices. Finish off with an authentic dessert of Brazilian flan or truffle. We booked through Open Table. Confirmed via a text through Open Table. But when the bill came the manager insisted we had to pay a $50 minimum per hear because, she claimed, that’s what we were told when we booked / confirmed. She insisted she had spoken with me. I showed her my phone to prove I never spoke with them (I have two missed calls from them and then the texts from Open Table with the confirmation). When we refused to pay extra, we got kicked out of our table - with 15 minutes left (and the a penalty shootout) of the game we came to watch. So: we booked ahead, confirmed, spent hundreds of dollars and got kicked out despite still having a bucket of beer on our table. Awful experience and since I booked the table through Open Table, I hope you make them accountable.

On the day of your visit we were playing the Brazilian game, had a full house with patrons waiting on standby for a table. You were asked to leave as you didn't want to order anything, and were taking up table for 8 people and refused to order anything. Unfortunately we cannot simply have people taking up space when they are simply coming for a chair to watch a game.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was energetic. They were playing the Copa america game between France and Poland, had a lively crowd it was around 3pm. The staff was friendly and attentive. The server mentioned they have live bands playing every weekend. Parking lot, and street parking was available. We will definitely be back.

This is a very nice Brazilian spot. Casual atmosphere with indoor and patio seating. Full bar service that includes the famous Brazilian Caipirinha. Small menu, but everything they make is very well done. Also, they offer the traditional “Feijoada” on saturdays. This is what I had on my last visit, and it was excellent. The name of this meal comes from the name for “beans” in Portuguese... feijão. It is a feast for the senses, if you eat red meat. The beans are the black type and are cooked with lots of different spices which makes them super tasty. The buffet is served in clay pots and it includes sausages, ribs, dry meat, pork loin, white rice, plantains, fried pork, black bean soup. In addition to the meats and beans, the buffet includes ingredients to make your own salad. It is a casual place with great service and fun atmosphere. They also have a few large screens to watch sports, or like this weekend, they were showing carnival festivities directly from Brazil.
