Located in the Four Seasons hotel, Bourbon Steak is a must do in Vegas. Elegant, with a Speakeasy feel. The restaurant and Bar are chic, and classy. We dined on great 14 oz. steaks (prepared to perfection) a very uniquely prepared shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, whipped potato's, and creamed spinach. It was the classic steakhouse dinner, and it was fabulous! Bourbon Steak has a fabulous wine list, and great bartenders. We savored a bottle of Caymus 2022 50th.Anniv. with our meal--Delicious! My favorite wine. As the saying goes 'You get what you pay for" it ain't cheap, but it is Vegas and for the experience itself worth every dime. I want the especially thank Matthew (our server). He made the evening super special, super fun, he has a great personality and provided attentive five star service. Also, Derek & Marquis.. these Gents represent the Bourbon Steak brand to the highest level with the smiles, and gracious hospitality.

Love the decor, it’s sultry and elegant only ruined by the pop/rock music piped in. I prefer Charlie Palmers with their live jazz trio. It made the atmosphere adult and sophisticated. The food was fine, what you would expect. I enjoyed the trio of flavored fries they serve instead of bread, very tasty and no need to eat deer the mashed potatoes that don’t hold up to the fries. Weight staff was good very friendly and helpful. All in all I don’t see a reason to return Vegas has so many steak houses and this one has only valet parking which I don’t like. Everything was moved around and they turned my car computer off. It’s so annoying.

Uncoordinated service. Brought out wrong dish for the guest of honor. Problem with Four Seasons making reservation. Some of the dishes were not very good.
