Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit.
Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels.
A la carte and Tasting menu for lunch can be enjoyed Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, and for dinner Thursday to Sunday. Afternoon Tea is also served Thursday from 1pm to 3pm.
Guests can dine on the terrace in Summer when the weather permitted, in the intimate surrounds, beside the open fire during the winter months or in the new Morris Suite.
With recent accolades including 2AA Rosettes and RAI’s Best Hotel Restaurant in Meath and Best Chef in Meath, Brabazon Restaurant offers diners a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Enjoy this on from Thursday to Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, served in the beautiful surrounds of the Morris Suite at Brabazon Restaurant. Our traditional Afternoon Tea stand features a delightful assortment of scrumptious sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and an array of irresistible bakes and cakes. Served with a selection of freshly brewed teas, both classic and exotic, to satisfy your palate. For a truly special occasion, we recommend adding a glass of refreshing Prosecco or Champagne. Please be aware the minimum advance reservation time for Afternoon Tea is 24h and the menu is not suitable for vegan, diabetic or dairy free

Super food with enchanted elements that contributed to the overall dining experience From the moment our party arrived at this beautiful designed restaurant the staff were amazing and informative regarding the menu and options . Hope to return to this venue soon, overall 5 out of 5

Lovely meal in a lovely dining room. We had been before but it has been a few years. Don't remember it so good. Seemingly chef is ex L'Ecrivain, we were told, and it shows. Venison starter is very unusual - and excellent. Duck superb as were desserts. Lovely staff - who were willing to talk but not intrusive. Had Maccabeo white wine on list, which is unusual in Ireland, which we chose; excellent. Talked a little about other wines that are similar, particularly Malvasia, which we had in Spain; grape is grown usually in volcanic soil; unusual here in Ireland but a local Italian restaurant stocks it (the Malvasia we tasted had grapes grown in Lanzarote - so obviously Italians have a version too). A little expensive but worth it for a special occasion.

We had Afternoon Tea at the Brabazon restaurant. It was a truly wonderful experience. Sinead was our host and she provided a wonderful service, explaining about the food and making sure we were enjoying the experience. Many thanks to Breda who prepared the wonderful delights both savoury and sweet. Thank you to Sinead and Breda. Happy to recommend the Tankardstown Afternoon Tea. We will come again.

Went for valentine’s day dinner with my wife and it was unreal. The selection of bread and cheese was great as well as the starters and main, also a great wine selection. Cannot wait to go back

What a fantastic festive afternoon tea with the ladies in our family today. The food was delicious, festive afternoon tea, service and comfort were perfect. Cannot recommend enough. Looking forward to going back again in the new year. Thank you team in Tankardstown.
