   Pheasant slightly overcooked and the dishes needed more balance ie seasoning was not consistent across the meals, (some over salted), staff were friendly and I would visit again.

   Service and atmosphere was great. Menu sounded lovely but the food was pretty bland which was slightly disappointing

   Food excellent as always , slightly disappointed by the service though compared to previous visits , slow, didn't seem interested in us as customers which again was disappointing as service has been excellent on our previous visits

   Quality and consistency are the trademark of Brasserie Blanc which is approaching two decades on the same site in Milton Keynes. I’ve dined here countless times in that period and never once been disappointed, this recent visit being no exception. However, on this occasion we had a more traditional English style Sunday roast and it was excellent. The beef was literally melt in the mouth, the roast potatoes suitably crisp and the Yorkshire pudding still moist. A great portion of veg included we left completely satisfied and full. For casual and semi formal dining I can think of no better restaurant in this price range and none that can match the consistency over so many years. Highly recommended.
