Braza Churrascaria is an authentic Brazilian Barbeque house that serves world-renowned Australia meats. We are an “all you can eat” restaurant, with typical Brazilian service style known as “Rodizio” where Passadores (meat carvers) rotate from table to table serving more than 20 different types of skewers. “Braza" means the sizzling charcoals of the fire and "Churrascaria" is the restaurant specialised in Barbeque or Brazilian style steakhouse restaurant.

Our purpose is to provide you with an Authentic Brazilian experience where you can explore the many mouth-watering flavours of our Barbeque.

It was special experience but I think we are not going again. Every food amezing but too salty :( It wasn’t just me; all of our friends in the group agreed. We were a group with diverse nationalities, including Colombian, Irish, Thai, and Korean, and everyone felt that the food was too salty. We couldn’t have a conversation while eating because it was too noisy, and whenever we tried to start talking, the food would arrive. This was a bit disappointing, but we truly appreciate your service and kindness.

We arrived to friendly staff and seated quite quickly or ordered was taken and we were eating with in minutes of sitting down. It was happy hour so ordered drinks from the bar which made them quite reasonable, it was Wednesday so the restaurant was a lot quieter than we had experienced in the past . Food just kept coming and it was all lovely. Had my fill thought it was Christmas again. Very happy good job all round Braza . The tipping on pay screen was very new to me getting more like America

Booked for 5pm, seated for 5:30pm, asked to leave at 6.27pm. We were a table of 9 and had 1 red meat offered to us. Lots of chicken, garlic bread and pineapple but they withheld the proper meats hoping we would leave. I’ve been to Braza over 10 times, the last being over 4 years ago and my goodness it has dropped off a cliff. Price hike and they scam you thinking it’s an all you can eat. Total shambles, terrible manager and woefully short on the actual meat. It’s a scam saying “eat to your satisfaction” on the website homepage. Will not return. Shame as the food itself was very tasty. Compliments to the chef, the management was diabolically poor and needlessly rude. In fairness when we complained they brought out the prime cuts. But where were they before? Stashed away? The manager said “why didn’t you complain earlier?” When we had only been there less than an hour. Truly staggering considering we had to hand over almost $1000

The restaurant is in need of a better chef/cook to organise the meats. Absolutely every meat were either unsalted or super salty. Some were burned on the outer and raw on the inner side, including sausages (better flame handling is needed here). The food variety was also low with only a few types available. I asked about lamb and never got it. athinks were average, but I missed some cachaça in my "watery" caipirinha (though I've ordered the fortified). Overall the food was not bad, but for the price paid it should have been much better. This is not my first time and I can clearly see a decay in quality over the course of time.
