The beet salad was refreshing, vibrant, and beautifully presented, offering a balance of sweetness and acidity. I decided to go with a robust Cabernet Sauvignon, which enhanced the overall dining experience. From the food to the impeccable presentation, Brio offers a true taste of Oaxaca’s culinary potential.
