I wonder if it's under new management, service used to be better since we started going. Super slow and as a result my dinner spent way too much time under the heat lamps, my fettuccine was totally dried out on the top and i probably should have sent it back. The lobster bisque was tasty but lacked any hint of lobster. What used to be one of my favorite restaurants has lost its allure and is not much better than the food court in the casino

The food had sat out too long, orders were wrong and service was terrible do not recommend until they hire better help, very disappointed

The espresso steak was very good along with the sides. We tried the spinach dip and toasted pina bread appetizer which was excellent. Always a good experience at Brio.

Brio never disappoints. Their food is outstanding and our server was one of the best there. He's waited on us a couple of times there and is always wonderful, he is friendly and has quite a funny personality, definitely a people person. I wish I knew his name, but didn't keep the receipt. Would definitely recommend this location. If you partake in an appetizer, the Shrimp and Eggplant with the black pepper cream sauce is outstanding! Will definitely order again next time we are there.

My server was Megan who I usually ask to be seated in her section if she is working. She is very friendly and makes sure her customers are taken very good care of. I ordered espresso ribeye to go and also a wedge salad to go. When I got to my room in the hotel, I did not get the wedge I ordered but the Caesar salad. I eat at Brio’s whenever I come to Harrah’s. It is my favorite place. I look forward to coming back my next visit during the end of December.
