We’ve been customers for many years and today how disappointing! I believe our server was new! Everyone has to learn, but we were at least 30 minutes getting 2 cokes, 2 coffee’s and cream because she didn’t know where the coffee cups were! She took our order, got it all correct but waited another 15 minutes for 3 Bloody Mary’s! Food came, we were hungry, hash browns were lukewarm, my crab and shrimp omelette was awful! Grinding the crab and shrimp together did not even look appetizing! It was like eating hash stuffed into an omelette!! 3 others had omelettes and they were just not good! A couple of them did not even finish! Hash browns again were lukewarm! This was not a good experience and we left very disappointed as the tips showed! What has happened to BRIX?

Went for brunch, got seated quickly, server didn’t say much, had to request another steak because it came out rare (blue/cold), eggs looked and tasted microwaved, soggy potatoes, and overall lacked seasoning and it all came out lukewarm. Fair pricing. They cut the steak in slices, the kitchen should have immediately noticed the wrong cook on the steak. I didn’t make a huge deal out of it and the server seems reluctant to offer customer service but in the end offered free donuts for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend or go back unless they had meaningful change.

Brix really knocked it out of the park with their Thanksgiving dinner. All of the food was amazing! The turkey was the best turkey I've ever had, there were so many options and sides. Everyone was nice and upbeat. We were so spoiled getting to have thanksgiving dinner at Brix!

Thanksgiving dinner. Service was excellent! Food was really good! Better than I expected. My only concern was the buffet style. The food wasn’t covered at all so it seemed a little open to contamination, people leaning over as they went through the line etc. I knew it was a buffet going in, just not sure I’d do it again. I’d highly recommend if you’re not bothered by that sort of thing.

Wonderful service. The Thanksgiving buffet had it all--traditional, vegetarian, healthy.... I would highly recommend Brix for other families / groups wanting a warm ambience and cozy, yummy dining / drinking experience.

Inconsistent food availability at the time I went trough the line there was no dark turkey meat, no gravy. I did not like my food dry turkey, no gravy did not like the food I like Brix but the food this time around was not “Brix”. Service was excellent Very disappointed with Brix food Thx Richard

We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was for being a buffet! It was nice to have somewhere lovely to go for a nice Turkey-Day meal. Our cocktails were delicious as well. We would absolutely celebrate another Holiday here. 10/10 would recommend!
