    Very understaffed. Once seated the waiter was very good but they had zero staff to clean tables. The entire restaurant was a mess.

    First off, the food was very good. We had a reservation for two and they seated us in the bar area. The bartender was waiting on all the tables in the area so service was very slow. One half hour after taking our order we were told they were out of one of the meals we ordered. Picked a second meal and then told a few minutes later they were out of that one too. The bar area was noisy and everyone coming in the door had to walk by our table. Just not a great atmosphere for dinner.

    Our server Jamie was very friendly and professional and did her best to help us. We ordered appetizers that were delivered to our table after one of our main course items was delivered to our table, we had to ask the food runner where our appetizers were. We ordered Ziti and Lasagna for main course but were told, after everything else we had ordered was delivered to our table that they were out of Lasagna. This makes two times in a row that we have driven sixty miles, each way, to get Lasagna only to be told they were out once we get there. We decided yo order Manicotti instead only to have our server come back to our table and tell us they were out of that too. We wound up settling for Chicken Parm but by the time we had all of our food at the table everything was cold except the Chicken Parm. We ended up spending $168 on food we really didn't want because they were running out of everything plus we had a table full of mostly cold food.

    The service from Tyler was a 10/10. The food was a 1/10. The food was served to us cold and lacked flavor and seasoning.

    We come here every year on Christmas Day! Always have a delightful time. The service continues to go out of their way to take care of us. The food is delicious every time as we have come to expect it be!👏🏼

    Our experience at Buca di Beppo was outstanding from start to finish--from the fabulous neon sign outside, the very pleasant person who seated us and noted that we had a child with us, the walk to the table was so interesting because every nook and cranny was filled with something to look at. Our waitperson, Katie, was helpful, pleasant, attentive, and very professional. She explained the menu to us, took our drink orders, brought extra bread, informed us on the progress of our meal, cleared plates when we finished something, and refilled drinks in a very timely manner. The food was hot and delicious, the noise level was surprisingly low so that we could enjoy the people at the table.

    Had reservations and still disnt get seated til about 45 minutes after time. We come every year.. that was disappointing. We disnt gwt any plates for food jusg salad so we had to use those. One salad was forgotten but was fixed

    The food was average at best—nothing stood out to distinguish this restaurant from a chain like Olive Garden. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, you might as well save yourself the effort and head there instead.

    We were there for an hour and never got food even though we had a reservation. Waited at the table for 20 mins once we were sat and never saw a server even though we were told he was on his way twice.
