Was given the wrong order which contained extremely hot sauce. My fries were taken away instead of letting me eat them while waiting for my correct order. Then my corrected order didn’t even have the correct items on it. No discount was given either.

We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation time and then once we sat down our waitress didn’t come to the table for 12 minutes to even acknowledge us. Once she finally came over and took our drink order she disappeared again - finally got to order and she was out. I’d never walk out on a tab but I contemplating since she didn’t seem to care.

They wouldn’t honor our reservation through open table even though we had it for over a week.

Buffalo Wild Wings reported to me they do not take reviews despite open table allowing me to make one. Fortunately the wait was only about 5 minutes anyways.

We reserved a hightop for four and they they gave us the best table in the house! Nice! Great service, our waiter put up with us perfectly.

We had a reservation for 6:00 for a party of 8 prior to the Tim and Faith concert. The service was awful, eve waitress said the kitchen wouldn’t be able to get our food to us on time prior to the concert and recommended we eat somewhere else unless we were interested in just ordering drinks, then we would be ok. That even took forever forever to get. Your manager is awful if he or she didn’t staff accordingly with proper kitchen staff to accommodate a large concert crowd who is interested in eating. New hires, training and probably management replacement would be the first step in being more efficient
