   Forgot the shrimp on the salad. Cosmo was not mixed right - no Tito's, no St. Germain sent it back. No lime with the gin and tonic, When we were presented the bill we were told the credit card system was not working so had to pay cash. Won't go back.

   This in NO WAY should reflect poorly on the Server- she was asked to be a Hostess, Bartender and waitress all at the same time on the night of a Celtics Game. She was working very hard with a pleasant dispositionThis poor review reflects poorly on the management which has allowed this to happen. Management of this place should get out of the business. Worst dining experience in a long time. Next time for a game I will definitely dine elsewhere. ONCE AGAIN THIS PLACE SUFFERS FROM HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !!!

   The service was abysmal. From the moment we walked in. We were ignored by staff, including the hostess who was also our waitress. Never asked if we wanted water and the glasses sat on the table throughout our meal. The food was great but the drinks were terrible. Very disappointed.

   Unfortunately, the restaurant looked and seemed understaffed. We had an early reservation in which we swapped sitting at a table to enjoy dinner at the bar. We received our drinks and our meal and were never checked on again. We finally were able to flag down to order another round but after taking an additional 15 minutes, we opted for the check and paid our bill and left.

   Made a reservation for drinks and food. When getting to restaurant they told me that they were not able to do food because they were short staffed. Heads up would’ve been nice when making the reservation days in advance

   Service was terrible. There was only one other guest but ther server was not attentive was not offered coffee, didn’t ask if we needed anything else Food was good quality but cold. The place was cold so was sat in coat. The cutlery is terrible quality was not as strong as the plastic disposable ones you get. Over all wouldnt recommend this place

   We had a post-basketball game dinner reservation through OpenTable for 8:45. We hurried through crowds around Garden, to arrive and be informed that due to an emergency in the kitchen, the restaurant was closed. It would have been appreciated if either OpenTable or Bullfinch messaged us beforehand so that we could have made other plans.

   Absolutely NO service. We left after 20 minutes of no one waiting on us.

    Disorganized and slow. It is hard to know where you are supposed to go when you walk in the door because there is no hostess station. The food was decent, although my husband said his mashed potatoes tasted like Hungry Jack out of the box!😂 Won’t go again.
