In 2018, Florida-based Centurion Restaurant Group announced that its popular tapas restaurant, Bulla Gastrobar, has opened its first Texas location. The rapidly expanding concept is located at 6007 Legacy Dr., Suite 180 in Plano’s thriving Legacy West district.

Authentic Spanish tapas featuring culturally rich ingredients and imaginative cocktails are served in a lively, social setting, complete with a beautifully appointed gather-around bar, main dining area, private dining room, and outdoor terrace.

we love Bulla and have been to the restaurant at leas a dozen times in the past few years. Last nights dinner was very below average. The good: happy hour drinks were great Chorizo dates and olives were great The bad: Charged $40 for chefs board when we requested the smaller chefs board -$26 The chefs board was also missing the walnuts Ham croquettes tasted burnt and I am sure the grease in the fryer has not been changed recently leaving a very bad taste. Canneloni was very bland and had no flavor - something changed in the recipe We order the same items almost every time and we were not happy with our meal. I did not speak to management because I didn't want this to be passed off as someone trying to get a cheaper meal. I hope things get better, but I am not sure we will return.

The food had gone down since the last time we were there. We felt like they changed chefs. The water was unseen most of the time. Same of the tapas we ordered took a long time to be delivered and when we got them they were almost cold.

Our waitress was fantastic, the food as always we enjoyed. The bottle of Procceco, flavor and smooth taste always compliments our dinner as usual. On the other hand, my mom noticed that they were trying to hurry us with our food. That has never been the case before. We chose this restaurant because of the food and ambiance, not to hurry up eating. I had a Severe Brain Injury! I can't eat fast and need to wait to eat dessert. I sure hope this does not happen again!

Alex, our waiter was outstanding! the food is always wonderful. For New Year’s Eve they had a Prix Fixe menu which a great value. Always a splendid evening out at this restaurant.

Our waitress Amanda, was so phenomenal. She was was very enthusiastic about taking our order, made sure our drinks were always full and had an excellent attitude. 10/10 service and of course the food was excellent.
