   The flavors were good, staff was mehh, and every steak they brought to my table was either rare or medium rare. We were asking for medium or medium well and they would give rare or medium rare. I never had this issue at fogo when I went there. They had the steaks cooked all ways you could want. The staff here don't understand you when they to talk to them or explain to them that u want medium or medium well cooked steak. Again, never had this issue at fogo. Next, the waited who brought our drinks just seemed annoyed that we were there which is not what u expect when your paying 310.00 for food for 5 people. I will say the environment is much more inviting than fogo. O It feels a little more laid back.

   Tried out the restaurant for a congratulatory dinner with friends. 2 did the standard experience, 1 light dinner, and 1 salad bar. There was a point where we waited about 20 minutes on meat. No one was engaging with our table for quite some time until our original server asked if we needed anything else. Overall it was okay. I’d choose a different steakhouse in the area over this location.

   It is an excellent meal at a great value for those with a good appetite. Servers are very responsive to requests. I suggest going frequently to enjoy the variety of wonderful food. The dining area is a well-lit open area which may be loud when full, but tables are spaced nicely to allow private conversation and easy access to the buffets in addition to the freshly roasted items distributed tableside.

   Great food and service, came recommended from a friend and did not disappoint! Their house cocktail is great, servers are constantly moving around with skewers of meat, every kind you can imagine!

   Upon our arrival, we were treated like royalty. The staff was friendly, efficient, and absolutely customer service orientated. The selection of meats was unreal and so tasty, pork loin, bacon-wrapped chicken, steaks, chicken wings & legs, sausages, garlic shrimp, & let's not forget my wife's favorite, the grilled pineapple roasted to perfection with cinnamon and sugar. I have dined at other Brazilian Steakhouses, and none were as exceptional as BullVino'S Churrascaria Bloomington. This place is now my favorite place to go! To the entire staff, keep doing what you're doing. Yes, you absolutely earned this review. See you sooner than later!

   Went for date night. Service was great and food was delicious. The server with the filet mignon came at least 6 times.

    i liked how organize the checkin is. the table was ready 10mins before our reservation time. food was great as always!
