   Management staff was great. Wait staff was even better. Everything was brought to us in a timely manner. All tasted fantastic. A very pleasant experience

   Scheduled for memorial Day + for a late reservation. 8:45 they went ahead and gave me at 8:15 and said we're not going to be open that late. The kitchen's not going to be open that late so you might as well just cancel the reservation unless you can be here by 8:15 8:30. Well that just wasn't going to work. They should have better hours. They should have better control over this of reservations. Just my opinion

   A great place nearby to gather with friends and family for a wonderful meal out. We dined and dashed before the 6pm prime time dinner hour began. Our server was attentive and the kitchen was timely in preparing our chosen entrees. We will be back soon. Thank you.

   another good experience at the N. Olmsted BT. The expanded apps list is nice and it's nice to see new things on the menu. Brandon was an excellent server; informative, friendly, and timely.

   The shrimp tacos and tots are excellent. But I asked for the southwest chicken salad without red onion and black beans, but it came also without tomatoes and corn. The chicken should be nice big strips, not shredded! Won’t order that again.

   The atmosphere and the waitress was good. The food was ok. I ordered the salmon and either the rice sat for a while or I don't know what, but it was hard/dry and crunchy. The veggies were sort of warm. I had booked a reservation for mother's Day and this was my first time being here. Nice place but overall, we paid too much for food that was mediocre.

   Our waitress was great. We ordered 6 fish dinners, soup and a flatbread and salad. All hot meals came out cold. We told our server and she told the manager. He came over and offered us a dessert and apologized. We weren't looking for a free meal but he could have handled things differently. The waitress then brings us a glass of champagne. That doesn't fix the problem and most in our party did not drink alcohol. We've been to this location before and it doesn't meet our expectations for the price point. It's too bad the Westlake OH store closed. Much better atmosphere.

    We have dined at Burntwood before & has been very good overall, but today just did not go well overall. As we made a reservation for 3 with Mother's Day brunch. When we checked in, mind you after making a reservation, we still waited for 20 minutes to be sat. After we were sat, our service for a brunch was very good! Until we got into the buffet line, which took us 12 minutes to get through, as the way it was setup was not conducive at all for a buffet line. Majority of the hot food in the chafers were luke warm to cool, with the exception of the omelet & carving stations. Food runners had to go through customers in the buffet line to refill food, if you ended up getting an omelet, it held up the buffet line even more. Selection of food was decent overall, but we will never book a reservation for a buffet there again. Would certainly go back for the everyday menu though.
