Café Mars

Café Mars is proud to welcome Chef Juan Parra direct from Bogotá, Colombia to match his unique take on Italian cooking with ours. Chef Parra is the executive chef of Veccina and an old friend. For two nights only, Café Mars and Chef Parra will collaborate on a 7-course menu (with optional drinks pairings--both traditional and NA) translating tropical ingredients through Café Mars unusual Italian lens With advance notice we can accommodate: Nut, alcohol, and soy allergies. We can accommodate Vegetarian preferences. Unfortunately we CANNOT accommodate any other dietary restrictions for this menu. This is a coursed set menu - no alterations or substitutions beyond accommodating the above dietary restrictions with advance notice.

We are back at it, doing it better than ever, and ready to close out the year with a festive, seven-course Feast of the Seven Fishes! Our last week of service for the year is a holiday celebration combining strong Italian tradition with our restaurant's fun signature flair, offering an unforgettable evening of indulgent seafood dishes with festive vibes and an optional seasonal beverage pairing (N/A avail). A perfect night out for friends and family looking for a unique take on an age old tradition. This is a set menu at $125 a seat w/ beverages available a la carte. For parties of more than four guests, we offer a pre-fixe menu that showcases our favorite menu items and our favorite way to dine -- family style! For this menu, the party will receive an array of snacks, followed by an antipasti course. Then, all four of our house made pastas and a couple of big dishes will round out the meal. To finish, you'll get to try all of our desserts!
