Tie of us ordered a veal dish and it was spoiled meat. It tastes like ammonia . The server ( who was excellent) told us they served it to someone else earlier and they complained of the same thing. They should have stopped serving it -

The food wear delicious, apps ( octopus, salad, vittello e tonnato etc) entrees Branzino, spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, yummy , so it was very disappointing when the veal with mushrooms our friend order was tough ..flavors were spot on. So tough hard to sit with a knife they made a second one and unfortunately it was the same. They were very attentive and said it could only be the batch of veal they had received. We’re not goi g to serve anymore that eve ( not sure but I believe them) they took cost off the menu and were kind to also give us a free dessert. We would all decently go back the food was that good. But will probably shy away from the veal entree!

Cute, casual place with attentive staff and delicious food. Favorites were the bronzino and short rib ravioli with Marsala.

We have dined here on several occasions. It is very pleasant and unpretentious. The service is always attentive. The food has generally been good. Our last visit was somewhat disappointing. There are several pasta dishes on this Italian menu. I ordered the linguini seafood pasta special and asked the server if the pasta is cooked to order. I was told it is cooked to order so I asked for mine to be “al dente”. It came out just the opposite and although the sauce and seafood were good, the limp linguini was very disappointing. We will return and I will try again.

Cafe Med is my new favorite little restaurant. The entire staff is charming and professional.The décor is lovely, especially the outdoor garden. And, most of all, the food is excellent. I highly recommend the Mille Feuille, all the delicious salads, fish, and pastas. It’s easy to get to and they have valet parking.

Third visit to Cafe Med was the charm. Dining al fresco is the way to go. Though it was a dreary evening, the rain held back to allow for a most enjoyable evening. The food was excellent, especially the citrus salad. Staff was charming and attentive even though it got busy quickly with larger parties, and staff was in the weeds. The panna cotta never disappoints. Fruit de mare pasta was delicious. Very pleasant, tasty experience.
