Cafe Spice Namaste is back, re-emerging bolder and better than we ever were. Expect many of the Indian culinary classics from the incomparable Cyrus Todiwala, but also some unexpected treats. We are a vibrant neighbourhood restaurant now, perched at the edge of Royal Albert Wharf in the famous Docklands, and we welcome the world to our new home.
We commit to using the best local British produce wherever possible, and always the freshest ingredients. We are proud of our carefully selected, responsible suppliers.

    COMING TO CAFÉ SPICE NAMASTÉ FROM GALLIONS REACH DLR STATIONAs you exit the station, turn left at Co-Op walk up to the traffic lights turn right on to Gallions Road. Turn left on to Wallis Walk and right on to Shackleton Way then immediate right towards car park on to Hudson Way. You will see a footbridge at the front. We are exactly across the bridge. The walk should take approximately 4-5 minutes. The Elizabeth Line is now open, making West London feel a lot closer to the Royal Docks. Getting off at Custom House and taking the DLR to Gallions Reach can take between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on where you board.     Celebrate the annual Burns Night Supper for a night of fun, food, and fundraising! Get ready to celebrate Burns Night Supper 2025 with Glengoyne Whisky and MacSween's Haggis, hosted by Alan Wardrop and James MacSween themselves. As always, places are limited and fill up quickly, so book your spot now! The price is just £95, and there will be raffles and auctions to raise even more money for Colonel Tim Coles and his important work. The menu will certainly feature Haggis, and in the 17 years we've hosted this annual supper, we've never failed to satisfy our guests. James has generously donated a couple of special MacSween's CHIEFTAIN HAGGIS for auction. Pipe Major Chic Mackie of HM Blackwatch will play the pipes.

    The pure passion and love shown by Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala and their team in creating the most wonderful dining experience is truly amazing. The food is out of this world and I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience “authentic” Indian cuisine..

    This restaurant offers an interesting selection of complex Indian dishes - it's not your average Indian restaurant by any means. We enjoyed our meal very much and will certainly visit again.

    Once again an excellent experience. Staff are the best, polite, friendly, helpful, so good at their jobs. Food exemplary, flavours, textures, immaculate mixture of spices. Menu choices are so varied it’s difficult to make a choice, but whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed. A must.

    More like a tapas style small plate sharing experience the food was excellent but not small portions as you may expect so don’t order loads but keep ordering if needed. Food was out of this world

    We were a group of seven and enjoyed being able to share from the various small plates that we had. Even so, there were plenty of other options on the menu that we wanted to try so will be back soon

    As always an excellent lunch. The venison tikka and venison curry together with the beetroot starter were fantastic. We had an aubergine side dish which had a bit too much garlic for my taste.
