                                                                                                    We celebrated Christmas eve at Calabrese and everything was better than expected! The food and service was phenomenal The restaurant was so pretty and Tony and Patrick made awesome martinis and old fashions. This is the perfect place to celebrate!

                                                                                                    My wife and I ordered Sea Scallops on Christmas Eve and they were not scallops. They were huge punched white fish. I cook scallops several times/month and these were NOT scallops - 100%. They were falling apart, squishy and did not taste nor have the texture of a scallop. All of us at the table said the exact same thing. Unfortunately, we will never return to the restaurant. It's a shame because we have been there a few times and thought the food is above average and I have been trying to find good Italian food in the DFW area for the past 3 years since moving to the area. With all of the dining options in the Southlake area, never mind if we want to drive to Dallas, why they would do that is baffling. They have lost us as customers.
