Can Can is a French brasserie and bakery in Cary Court Shopping Center. With seating for over 140 in the main dining room, an Art Nouveau inspired private dining room that seats up to 60 guests or over 100 for cocktails, and a full-service bakery and pastry kitchen supplying all of its breads, pastries, and desserts, the restaurant’s versatility should provide the area an array of options and events.

Reliably good food, especially the oysters this season. Not easy for hearing impaired people to hear conversations. In experienced wait staff.

The portions were just right and the prices were reasonable. The service was outstanding. The noise level was, to say the least, elevated which detracted from the ambiance the establishment hopes to present.

Despite having a reservation and open, available tables we waited over a half an hour and had to remind the hostess that we were there and waiting. Front desk was chaotic. Service was slow. Wine pours uneven. Food was mediocre.

This restaurant sweeps us right back to being in Paris. Actually we wished we’d eaten in more Parisian restaurants like it while visiting. The food, decor, and service did not disappoint.

I had another lovely lunch at Can Can. we were not rushed, in fact we did need to flag done or server a coupe of time towards the end to get water

You can't beat the beet salad and the oysters and the French 75s and the bread with nuts and cranberries. If you suspend belief, you can transport yourself and discover you are sitting in a bistro in Paris. What a delicious discovery.
