   Even though we had reservations, we had to wait for a table. One of guests ordered a pizza with chicken and a pepperoni pizza was delivered to her. They took the wrong pizza back and she had to wait ten more minutes for the correct pizza.

   We love this place and come here almost every time we come to Houston. We try to sit outside in the patio when we can.

   I’ve been going to Candelaris for many years, but they’ve recently made some significant changes to their service and staff, it really feels like a high end Italian restaurant now- the service tonight was top notch. But it’s still very much a local’s spot. They have upped their game and it shows.

   They weee accommodating with our group and set a new table for us to avoid sitting on a high top table. The food was amazing and they refilled our drinks. Great local place to dine

   Always love the ambiance and food but disappointed the deep dish pizza is no longer offered as that was the dinner we were after and it’s not easy to find in Houston.

    Lovely restaurant with a patio as well. Family friendly, but also a cute spot for date night. The chicken fettucine alfredo was very good. My aunt ordered the red snapper with lump crab meat and it was AMAZING! The cheesy garlic bread was also very good! The hostess gave a lot a of recommendations' on the menu and our waitress was very sweet and provided great service. We drive all the way from Sugar Land so you know we love it! :) Mitch Jacobs is great and plays during Sunday Brunch...would definitely recommend!
