   The staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere and the views are phenomenal. The portions were generous and the price was reasonable for the quality. Dylan (bar attendant) was great and made us feel right at home.

   5 guests in nearly empty outdoor seating. Nice view and perfect weather. My meal was 20min late and no effort was made to apologize. Upon finishing our meal we sat amongst our empty dishes for about 15min waiting for an additional drink or the check. We opted for the check and got out of there based on extremely poor service. This is the second time I have had the same experience here… the first time our party of 6 waited 35 min for drinks to be served. I took the opportunity to meet with the hotel GM after the restaurant management blew off my follow up with them. The hotel GM is in the process of taking action with the staff and for a potential future visit. It sounded like they were revamping the menu and the staff training in May. I will give them one more chance but I have to say for now you should pick other rooftop options in town…. Great location and terrible service to date. I hope they find a way to correct the service in the future.

   The service we had was extremely poor. We had to ask to be served on multiple occasions. We were not greeted upon sitting. We were served drink napkins and plastic cups. The wait staff we had was nice, but she seemed extremely overworked. This is a poor excuse of service and this is on management. We would have spent way more $$$ if we felt like we existed. We will not be returning. So sad we chose this restaurant for a birthday experience.

   Service was super slow. Also the food is not that good for the price. This seems more of a drinks and vibes place not really a good restaurant.

   I’ve been here several times. Typically have a wonderful experience. My server last night was very sweet but incredibly unreliable and inefficient. She took our app/drink orders 3 different times because she couldn’t remember that they had run out of several items on their fairly small food menu. Additionally, it took an hour and half for us to be asked which entrees we would like to order and by then it was 10pm on the dot. After getting our order she came back a couple minutes later to tell us the kitchen was closed. It was 10:03pm and they would not be making any exceptions despite the fact it took our server an hour and half to ask us what we’d like for our entree. Honestly, it’s their responsibility to inform us when the kitchen closes and being there for so long before gave her ample time to take our order. It was a relatively slow evening with plenty of tables open when we got there at 830. So I don’t understand why there was a misunderstanding and no leniency on the part of the kitchen

    The other reviews were true. The service was really terrible. Server brought the wrong apps, the drinks took forever, and food/tacos were sub par. Tacos were so plain, needs something else. Wings were awful. The manager did comp my glass of wine without me asking. Will not go back.
