For decades, the Chop House has obsessed over one thing: quality. We can customize a menu to fit any occasion or budget. we have a dedicated staff that will help you plan and execute your event for 2 to 60. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left the restaurant, the staff was incredible. The food was very good. The value for the price paid seemed a bit high but still worth it. The food selection was very good and should accommodate most diets.

                                                                                      A hidden gem in RTP area near RDU. Excellent food, great service, and the management & hostess team walk around to ensure things are going smoothly. Their steaks are mouth watering and cooked to perfection as well as their seafood. We were a table of 6 and everyone got something different and each meal was just perfect. We had a 5:30 reservation and within an hour, there was not an empty table in the place. One not to be missed.

                                                                                      Food was great. Waiter confirmed they had prime rib and then 20 min later said they didn’t. Also a waiter dropped a knife on someone at our table. And food was slow to come out. Overall was good but just small things stopping them from being 5 stars.

                                                                                      Our steaks were fine. I wouldn’t think they were $50 steaks bc there was nothing special. Our appetizers were clamari with a Thai chili sauce and “Bang Bang” shrimp - seemingly in the exact same sauce. The calamari was swimming in the sauce. There was so much on the shrimp you could barely taste they were fried. Both the calamari and shrimp breading was completely soggy. The Caprese salad was 95% lettuce and a few not-very-ripe tomatoes and a little mozzarella. Caprese usually highlights tomato and fresh mozzarella… this was more like it was the garnish. Also, if you can’t get ripe tomatoes - don’t serve a Caprese. Overall, this felt like a tired, over-priced Applebees. Service was very good. - super nice staff.
